Nemunas (60% alcohol content) – a colourless alcoholic beverage, is named after the longest and most beautiful river in Lithuania. The production of this beverage started in 1969, based on the recipe of A. Sinkevičius, the founder of Lietuviškas midus, JSC. Production ceased for some time, but loyal admirers of Lithuanian mead kept the memory of this beverage alive, and it was revived in new packaging and with a new look. Apple juice distillates, juniper berries, hops, and linden blossoms are used in the production of this beverage. The product goes well with even the most subtle of flavours. It can also be used for cocktails, and mixed with tonic or juice. It is also an excellent souvenir that represents Lithuania – just like all of our products.

When the beverage, the main components of which are honey and other bee products such as pollen and wax, is added to the Scottish whisky, the result is a whisky that bears a unique soft flavour and an after-taste of bee pollen.
